The newly-built apartment (2006 година) is set on the fifth floor, that guarantees the lovely panoramic views. The total area of 50 sq.m. is divided between a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and WC and a balcony. The flat has cable TV, internet and the building - a porter and elevator. The annual maintenance fee is 8 EUR per sq.m. The heating of the complex is local, by pellets heating appliances.

Nestled in the Pirin Mountains, Bansko is the largest and most well-developed mountain resort on the Balkans. Here are set the longest ski runs, the infrastructure and facilities are excellent. Besides skiing and snowboarding in the winter, visitors can enjoy mountain biking and hiking in the summer. The resort is located about 160 km southwest of Sofia.
